Services
We provide client-centered, evidence-based therapy for individuals, teens, and families. Whether you or your family are facing day-to-day stress or bigger challenges, we work with you to find an approach that fits your needs.
We also offer clinical supervision and training for therapists who want to deepen their knowledge and practice of DBT and other thirdwave approaches. Our approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in the same balance of evidence-based care and real-world application that guides our clinical work.
-

Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions are centered on you. Using mindfulness and behaviorally-informed strategies, we help you understand and manage emotions, develop skills, and make choices that align with your values and goals.
-

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Individual DBT therapy is a structured treatment intended to help you learn how to manage emotions, reduce high-risk and life-threatening behaviors, and strengthen relationships. This is done through individual therapy sessions, skills training, and between-session phone coaching.
-

DBT for Teens (DBT-A)
DBT for teens, designed for 13-18 year olds, is an evidence-based adaptation of standard DBT. Similar to standard DBT, DBT-A assists teens in learning how to manage big emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and eliminate high-risk behaviors.
-

DBT for Children (DBT-C)
DBT-C was developed to help children aged 6-12 years old manage strong emotions, improve coping strategies, and develop healthier ways of interacting with others. Parents or caregivers learn how to reinforce skills at home, coach their children through challenges, and model healthy coping strategies.
*Please note DBT-C includes significant parent involvement.
-

DBT for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (DBT-PE)
DBT-PE is a specialized treatment for individuals coping with the effects of trauma, including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), while also managing intense emotions and life-threatening and life-interfering behaviors.
-

Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT)
RO-DBT is a therapy for individuals who struggle with overcontrol—difficulties such as perfectionism, rigidity, emotional inhibition, or social isolation. RO-DBT helps clients increase emotional expression, openness, and vulnerability, while strengthening meaningful connections with others. Like standard DBT, RO-DBT combines individual therapy and skills training to support clients in living by their values and creating a life worth sharing.
-

Supervision
We offer supervision and consultation for therapists looking to deepen their understanding and application of DBT and other third-wave therapies. Whether you’re new to DBT, navigating complex cases, or growing your practice, our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical, sustainable skills you can bring directly to your work.
-

Parent Coaching
Parent coaching helps caregivers respond to their child’s emotions and behaviors with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence. Drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, this approach focuses on practical skills like validation, effective communication, behavior change strategies, and setting limits that translate into day-to-day life.
