Our Mission

Our mission is to create a supportive space for providers dedicated to the sustainable practice and delivery of DBT and other mindfulness and behavior therapies. By keeping our caseloads intentionally low, we offer the highest quality care while also prioritizing work-life balance. This allows us to stay energized and focused, so we can show up as our best selves for you.

We believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, empowering… and yes, even a little fun! That’s why each of us brings our own unique blend of skills, training, and perspectives to the table. We’re trained in a variety of evidence-based practices to meet your individual needs—because we know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
